Bedrooms
Parc Gwair has three bedrooms, sleeping 6 people, including children. Under threes can stay additionally in a travel cot, a travel cot is available on request but guests must provide their own bedding for it. A foldable Z bed and bedding is available at an additional cost of £15.00 per stay and can be fitted in either 1st floor bedrooms. Please request when booking. Payment can be paid on arrival or when booking. There is a double bedroom on the ground floor with a luxury family bathroom with under-floor heating and his and hers sinks. The master bedroom is upstairs with a king-sized bed and luxury en-suite shower room, with a double sized shower enclosure. Also upstairs there is a large twin bedroom, with another luxury en-suite shower room with double sized shower enclosure. All the bedrooms are spacious, with comfortable bedding and all have TVs. Living Space
The kitchen/diner/living room provides great open plan living and really brings everyone together. The living room area has a large flat-screen TV, SKY TV with SKY Movies channels. There is a log burner with the initial supply of logs provided. Additional fuel can be purchased locally or from the owner. The compact, fully equipped kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, under-counter fridge, kettle and toaster. Separately there is a washing machine and small freezer. Stair gates and a high chair are available upon request.
Electric Vehicle Charging – Please note that we don’t currently have a charging point for electric cars/vehicles, and guests are not permitted to use the domestic electricity supply to charge vehicles. This is a safety issue and could invalidate our insurance. However, we do have charging points in the area and you can find a map of these at www.zap-map.com/live/.
